We provide a safe, nurturing and child friendly environment for your child to explore his/her concerns and to develop skills to function and thrive in the new family system. As we believe that parents are their children's biggest supporters and influencers, with the consent of your child, we work closely with parents to help them understand their particular child's needs following a separation.

We understand that being a parent is hard. Being a separated parent adds another layer of difficulty to the most important role you hold in your child's life. It is with this understanding that we offer individual therapeutic support to separated parents to help them navigate all facets of post separation life.

Where appropriate, we will engage particular members of a family, the whole family, or a combination of both, into a therapeutic setting. A family is still a family, separated or not. It is with this view that we work strategically with family members in joint session to bring about understanding, connection and improved familial functioning.
