• All attempts to invite and engage your ex-partner  in the process
• Detailed advice on how best to prepare for Family Dispute Resolution/Mediation 
• Issuing of Section 60I certificate, where deemed appropriate

 Includes 

• Professional and experienced facilitation of your session
• Drafting of any agreements reached

 Includes a child consultant meeting with the child and drafting the feedback.  

Whereby the child consultant will provide feedback to the parents, based on his/her findings from the consult with the child. Please note, due to confidentiality, no written feedback is provided  

Immediately following the giving of the structured feedback, FDR will re-commence to clarify any issues and reach any immediate and undisputed decisions  

These sessions may be for a child or parent. 

Where the client is a child, and it is appropriate to do so, a complimentary 15-minute post session telephone discussion with each parent may be arranged. 

Sessions involving 2 or more family members, as deemed appropriate by your therapist 

Where more time, than the 15-minute complimentary post session telephone discussion, is required, your child's therapist will arrange an extended feedback session
